Beginner 1 - Basic Structure

[ subject ] wa [ place ] ni tomarimasu (to stop, park)
1.Kono densha wa Shinagawa ni tomarimasu.
This train stops at Shinagawa station.
2.Kyuukoo wa tsugi no eki ni tomarimasen.
The express (train) doesn't stop at the next station.
[ subject ] wa [ place ] de [ accommodation ] ni tomarimasu (to stay)
3.Watashi wa Nihon de tomodachi no uchi ni tomarimasu.
I will stay with my friend in Japan.
4.Watashi wa Kyoto de ryokan ni tomarimashita.
I stayed at Japanese style hotel in Kyoto.

5.Kyuukoo wa tsugi no eki ni tomaranai kara, kono eki de kakutei ni norikaemashoo.
Because the express doesn't stop at the next station, let's change to the local train here.
6.Ima ryooshin ga watashi no apaato ni tomatte imasu.
My parents are staying at my apartment now.
7.Brown-san wa Tokyo de ABC Hoteru ni tomaru yotei desu.
Brown is planning to stay at ABC hotel in Tokyo.
8.Nihon ni ittara, ryokan ni tomari-tai desu.
If i go to Japan, I would like to stay at japanese style hotel.
