You may return the Audio e-Book (DISK) only when it does not operate properly after checking the necessary software for operation is installed correctly on your computer.
(The software required for operation is specified on the page of each item.)

We cannot accept returns under any circumstances other than the condition mentioned above.

* We will refund the total amount of returned items.
* We will also pay the postage incurred for returning items.
* Should you wish to return any items, please e-mail us within seven days of receipt.

Book

The return of this item is usually unacceptable.
We will exchange any book with collating errors and will deliver it to you free of charge.
